I will say my sales guy wanted. It was absolutely fantastic. I knew the vehicle that I wanted, but he explained in great detail. A lot has changed in the car buying world since I last purchased one, 17 years ago. This is by far the best shopping experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. From the first ‘Chat’ with Dorothy purchased one, 17 years ago. This is by far the best shopping experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. From the first ‘Chat’ with Dorothy Blandi online to the first handshake with Orlando Rodriguez I felt valued, welcomed and at no time pressured. They had staged several vehicles for me to look at matching my requirements allowing me to look at them side by side, feature by feature. Orlando took time to describe each to me and did not try to steer my decision at all, he answered ALL my questions with patience and respect. The time from decision to out the door was seamless, thorough and timely. I cannot express how happy I am with my vehicle and grateful I am to the personnel who helped me. Frank was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. He answered all our questions and was transparent with everything. We never once felt pressured. We noticed an employee filling a bowl with fresh water and letting the K9 customers know it was refilled. This speaks volumes about the character of the employees. The whole car buying experience was easy and we never once felt pressured. We would recommend family and friends to buy from this dealership, especially Frank! More

Yo-yo Financing scams Please, educate yourselves on this term when purchasing a car. MAKE SURE YOU THEY SHOW YOU A COPY THAT THE BANK APPROVED YOU BEFORE LEAVING WITH THE CAR! We purchased a car, process term when purchasing a car. MAKE SURE YOU THEY SHOW YOU A COPY THAT THE BANK APPROVED YOU BEFORE LEAVING WITH THE CAR! We purchased a car, processed registration/insurance, took it home and had to return it a couple of days later because we were told bank had accepted our loan request, but it had not.
