Always a pleasent experience. Never any problem. I have dealt with Stingray on many occasions, for service on both me and my husbands vehicles. I have also had bodywork done on my vehicle. The people in the service dept. are very noligable. If you have to wait there lounge area is very comfortable. More

Very misleading service appointment I am extremely disappointed. Scheduled service got a loaner and 4 days later my car still wasn't in for service. Will not use again. I am extremely disappointed. Was able to get my ZL1 fixed up in one visit Great job having the parts to fix my camero. Customer service was great keeping me updated on the status of the work. My Malibu regular service check I brought my pre-owned certified 2016 Malibu in for the oil change, tire rotation service, etc. this past Saturday and, as usual, everyone was so frie I brought my pre-owned certified 2016 Malibu in for the oil change, tire rotation service, etc. this past Saturday and, as usual, everyone was so friendly and always willing to please. I am so happy with my purchase at Stingray and it's always a pleasure to go there. I would highly recommend Stingray to anyone shopping for a new or used car. Paula More

Friendly group of ladies in the service dept Took the truck to another GM dealership for a steering issue two previous times, very minimal improvement. Third times the charm! Stingray got it fix Took the truck to another GM dealership for a steering issue two previous times, very minimal improvement. Third times the charm! Stingray got it fixed right. Truck doesn’t drive like a 1970 semi anymore. Only thing I wish they would have done was to top off the DEF fluid when they did the oil change. One week out from the service and my warning lights going off saying 29% of fluid is left. I’m getting ready to drive 1700 miles and would like to avoid the 3am earning to add fluid. Like happened 2 weeks after I bought the truck and had an unplanned trip for a dying family member. Overall I’m very happy. Just check the DEF when you do the service on a diesel truck! More
