Joe Capuano did a fantastic job. He was a class act on every front. Also, the gal on the phone assured me that they would be willing to come down on price, which got me in the door. That was not the case. Sales manager said car was under market value, but that was not what the KBB said. Not a good look for the dealership, I told Joe. Finance manager did a great job, as did the man who taught me in detail, how the car works before I left. He was wonderful. I do feel we got an excellent product there. More
