30K maintenance done quicker than I was told I made appt. for 30,000 maintenance was told it would take approx. 2 hours. They were finished in 1 & 1/2 hours. The Service is OUTSTANDING. Mr. Deep, the Service Dept. Manager, and his team of of technical specialist provide the best all around service I have experienced in my 42 years of Mr. Deep, the Service Dept. Manager, and his team of of technical specialist provide the best all around service I have experienced in my 42 years of purchasing vehicles, and I have purchased many. The service dept. specialist are courteous and do their best to get you in and out of the shop promptly for routine service. The mechanical staff are equally courteous, and know what they are doing! I have never had to bring back any work for adjustments. It is done right the first time. In sum, I have purchased several vehicles from Waldorf Honda and I do so because the prices are competitive, and the service is second to none. When I purchase a vehicle I strongly consider the quality of the service department the dealership provides. To me when you buy a car, you are also buying the service dept. that comes with it. I would gladly give Waldorf Honda 6 stars if possible. David More

Dead Battery Great customer service from Robert. This was my second time coming to Waldorf Honda and the customer service has been excellent each time. I was met q Great customer service from Robert. Robert greeted me and told me what the process would be. He kept me informed on the status of my car. Most of all he was not trying to sell me on something that was not needed. However, at Waldorf Honda, the service department really is exceptional! They appreciate and value your time and therefore, strive to get you in and out in as short a time frame as possible, considering the work being done. We are continually impressed by the professionalism and courtesy at Waldorf Honda Service Dept. We live about 30 minutes from the dealer but it's worth the drive to receive that level of customer service and quality. More
