The salesman did not know anything about the car I purchased (Grand Cherokee Hybrid 4xe). I also left the dealership with a brand new car that had 3/4 tank of gas, 75% battery charge and 49% oil life. purchased (Grand Cherokee Hybrid 4xe). Good morning Donna, Not so pleasant experience currently as I received my 2022 Jeep Gladiator on Wednesday with multiple minor scratches on hood and fender flares. I then returned Thursday morning currently as I received my 2022 Jeep Gladiator on Wednesday with multiple minor scratches on hood and fender flares. I then returned Thursday morning (keep in mind, taking personal time) to have them removed and did not want my vehicle back until spotless. I received a call later that morning to come pick up my vehicle as it was complete. However same issues were still there and some not even addressed. Too say the least I am highly unsatisfied as I purchased a ~$60k brand new un-driven vehicle and have only been driving it back and forth to your dealership for repairs (that still have yet to be complete). Keep in mind that I have already signed papers to purchase the vehicle and have already started payments for a vehicle I’m completely unsatisfied with presently. Not to mention all the subscriptions the vehicle came with have been activated that I am unable to take advantage of as it will be in your shop for final repairs. I will need to take more personal time to drop off your/my purchased vehicle this coming Monday with no knowledge as to when I will receive back. This is both disheartening and completely unacceptable. At this point I would like to figure a way to reverse the purchase until I receive a completely satisfactory vehicle that’s worthy of both Bonneville standards and my own. Purchasing a brand new vehicle should have zero issues such as scratches or other flaws. My family have purchased several vehicles from your establishment and have received excellent vehicles. I hope this is an isolated incident. I would like to know how Bonneville can not only make this right but receive compensation for valued time, effort and anguish I have expelled currently. Keeping in mind that I have no knowledge of when I will received back a 100% satisfactory vehicle that upholds Bonneville’s reputation and standards. More

I have purchased a dozen new vehicles in the last 45 years, and this was by far the best buying experience I ever had. Rick G went way above and beyond, and their Finance Office is very squared away and years, and this was by far the best buying experience I ever had. Salesman had a lot of experience in his field which was helpful for someone like me who researches everything before I buy. Definitely impressed by Bonneville Ram. More

Todd was amazing from the beginning of my visit until I finalized all of my paperwork. He went over and beyond to help me expedite documents. I'm a FL resident on active duty orders in MA and had to get th finalized all of my paperwork. He went over and beyond to help me expedite documents. I'm a FL resident on active duty orders in MA and had to get the paperwork to the State of FL in a short time frame. With his help, I got the Jeep I wanted and had my transfer process completed before the temporary plate expired.
