I came to purchase a new car, not wanting to purchase extended warranty when purchasing the car. Before it was finalized 2 of the finance employees talked to me into purchasing the warranty. A couple o extended warranty when purchasing the car. Before it was finalized 2 of the finance employees talked to me into purchasing the warranty. A couple of days later, I went to the dealership and signed the papers to cancel the warranty. A month later, I called CNA to find out if it had been cancelled. No, it had not been cancelled. A very discussed customer. More
