Sales and so far service departments are great, but the parts department is lost. They don’t call when parts come in, don’t research what is needed for the customer to install it, and won’t proactively tra parts department is lost. Everything went pretty smooth, The only problems I had are pretty much industry standard kind of things. They offered very poor trade in value for my vehicle so I decided to sell it myself rather than ta are pretty much industry standard kind of things. I knew what I wanted and would consider myself very well versed on these type of things. They still trued to make me take the more expensive options even though I was clear about what I knew I needed. My salesman Dominic was great to work with and made it pretty simple once we got rid of the trade in. When I got to the dealership he took good care of me and showed me how to use the features on my new truck. More
