Don’t shop there! they don’t care about the customer or the car! They just sell cars without checking what is wrong with it and when you tell them what is wrong with t they don’t care about the customer or the car! They just sell cars without checking what is wrong with it and when you tell them what is wrong with the car so they can fix the problem within the 30 day time frame they have you take the car and leave it in the shop to act as if it is getting fixed and never put a hand on it I had my recently(a wk) bought car there for a week and they were trying to keep it longer telling me the part never came in when I went to pick up the car cause I needed my car back NOTHING was fixed ITS BEEN ALMOST 3 months and they are still telling me the part to my broken sunroof isn’t in!!! That’s cause they probably never ordered it!! Then the wipers that were old and wouldn’t wipe were changed but they weren’t the correct size they just put any random wipers!! I asked to keep the same plates as my old car and they ended up getting me new plates and when put on the car it was places with one screw!! 3 months into having the car the check engine is coming on I have told them from the beginning the car was running funny they were suppose to check it the week they had kept the car but again nothing was done! THE WORST! More

I financed a 2020 Tesla model 3 about 2 weeks ago, everything was fine until I got into the car and noticed a service warning. I was shown a newer looking 2020 Tesla model 3 and was given a different everything was fine until I got into the car and noticed a service warning. I was shown a newer looking 2020 Tesla model 3 and was given a different one from the back where they have most cars parked, or something anyways I was told “ okay we will order a new battery for the car and change it for you on us.” Ok fine. I made a service appointment. While waiting for the appointment I then noticed the battery dies wayy to fast, granted it’s winter time however i shouldn’t have to charge my Tesla at a supercharge twice a day when I’m only driving locally. Or when the car is parked it looses about half its charge. Not normal. The battery has a lot of warning signs. So I make it to the service appointment, was told the battery was changed but not able to be “reset” what ever that means. Point is , service appointment waste of time. Was told they changed the battery of the car. No they did not. I know they didn’t because It stills Saids the same warning signs it did when I took it off the lot and I overheard the mechanics or whoever the service ppl are that they don’t change Tesla batteries here. What I thought would be an easy fix I guess is not. Now im getting the car inspected by tesla soon and hoping they can fix my battery issue. Dealership is so wack for that , haven’t been able to enjoy the car with this issue. More

NO DOUBT! These guys have a great selection of cars, HOWEVER, because of their duplicitous and deceitful business practices and embarassingly horrible custome These guys have a great selection of cars, HOWEVER, because of their duplicitous and deceitful business practices and embarassingly horrible customer service I have to say STAY AWAY! First off, they are guilty of false advertising, posting completely unrepresentative prices as they have "FEES" on the order of about 20% of the vehicle price added in on final invoicing. Also, they have NO concept of customer service and true to the profession's discredit, once they get a hold of your money, they toss you aside like a piece of trash, and what is worse, they PRETEND to try or want to help, but that is lipservice, leaving you making 12-15 phone calls and on hold 10+ minutes til your phone dies or it just disconnects. Within 50mi (and about 45min) after driving off the lot, my engine started misfiring and engine light started flashing. So the next day, brought it to the manufacturing dealer to find and solve the defective problems MSport sold to me off the lot and they fixed the problem AND identified and fixed a model recall that MSport apparently hadn't even thought to look up or address, and M Sport has refused to reimburse me for the repair, suggesting perhaps we go "halve-sies" on it....RIDICULOUS! Stand by the product you sell and take care of your customers, or get out of the xxxx business!! More

I recently purchased a Range Rover from M Sport Car Dealership, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I stepped into the showroom, the service was exceptional. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and guided me through every step of the process. Not only did I find my dream car, but I also got it at a great price. The attention to detail and the seamless transaction made this purchase truly enjoyable. The Range Rover itself is a beauty, and I'm thrilled with my decision. Kudos to M Sport for providing top-notch service and delivering a fantastic car-buying experience. More

My salesman was Dom. He was outstanding! He was helpful during the sale, and continued to help me after the sale. I had a couple of issues with my car which he helped get He was outstanding! Only complaints I have and it's partially my fault I didn't get my debit card back after making the down payment so I had to have them ship it to me because I live over an hour away.
