After a couple of minutes, he also asked us to bring around the car seat to make sure that it fits the way we would like it to. That helped us narrow it down to the Tundra we wanted. Finally, his management/finance team were able to provide us a really good trade-in for our car and rebate for the truck. Plus add a military/veteran discount, they put the cost within our range. I was nervous about speaking with a dealership after hearing stories of salespeople trying to take advantage of buyer inexperience. My time with Gladstone and Eric turned out to be entirely the opposite of those horror stories. I felt cared for, accommodated, and considered when it came to purchasing my car. Due to extenuating circumstances surrounding COVID, there were many speedbumps throughout the process. Eric made every effort to deliver a smooth experience and attend to my questions and concerns.
