He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He answered all our questions. The new Outback has more technological advances, and Dmitriy was very patient in explaining them. Phil, in the finance department went over all the paperwork with us and offered some service options that were very helpful. The dealership gave us no pressure and was very friendly during this transaction. We were very happy with the price of our trade-in and of our new purchase.
