Well, let’s see. I had to wait almost a month in order to get a loaner with my service and once the appointment day arrived and the car was serviced, the issue wasn’t fixed and I had to go out of my way and get a loaner with my service and once the appointment day arrived and the car was serviced, the issue wasn’t fixed and I had to go out of my way and return the car and get another loaner a few days later. Not happy I went there the first time made an appointment to get my ram serviced n told them I need a loaner car then they didn’t have one so they got another appointment for a loaner car come back the 2nd t to get my ram serviced n told them I need a loaner car then they didn’t have one so they got another appointment for a loaner car come back the 2nd time had me wait 30 min before telling me they don’t have one !! So they made me 3RD !!!!! Appointment I haven’t gone to yet but it’s not the like I love close atleast 30 min away n I was late to work. So get a better service people to book there appointments right or get more loaner cars !! More
