He knew I was traveling from Philadelphia to get the car and made sure everything was in place before I arrived. The car was in perfect condition as described and the process was quick and painless. We had a hiccup with my bank loan that I brought since the bank was not open late on Saturday but Diane in finace got me a loan through them at the same rate in about 5 minutes. Nothing but good things to say about the dealership itself. No hidden fees or nonsense charges once we agreed on a price. More

Acura of Westchester made the car buying process simple. Buying a car was easier than buying groceries in the grocery store! They understood my needs and what I wanted to accomplish. I was treated with respect and professionalism (believe it or not, in this day and age, at other dealerships it was suggested that I come back with my "husband" to help me buy a car). Also, having open hours until 9 PM was a big help for me. Most (importantly) of all..... I LOVE my car! More

Diane in the finance dept. had all the paperwork prepared on the day of pickup and I was in and out of the dealership with my new vehicle in under a half an hour. Our sales rep was Matt who made sure all our needs were met. He is enthusiastic, knowledgeable , and friendly. We traded in our 10 year old MDX to lease a RDX. Matt insured we were satisfied with the trade in value. He took the time to walk as through the entire trade in process. Once the deal was made Matt continued to assist us with all the new technology the RDX offers. He took the time to progam in our phones and explain the entire dashboard. He made us feel like family. Diane in finance was also great. When I discovered our lien release was missing I quickly called Acura to see what needed to be done. She was so kind and accepted an email copy from the bank to insure the transaction could be completed. Anthony came over to say hello as we are repeat customers to insure we were satisfied with the deal .Acura of Westchester treats you like family.
