From the moment I entered Heritage, I felt a sense of calmness. I was warmly greeted by Erin Natzke, the best sales consultant ever! She initially asked specific questions to determine what kind of car I was looking for. Within minutes she printed out 3 cars that checked off my boxes. She immediately showed me the first 2 cars. The second car that she pulled up in, demonstrated that she listened to all the details that I provided and truly satisfied our needs. The Sales Manager, Justine Skinner was amazing as well. He made it possible for us stay within reach of our financial goals. Their efforts collectively, made it possible to to bring joy back to my son. He is so thankful in realizing that there are good people in this world. We cannot say thank you enough. We highly recommend heritage Honda in Parksville to all of our family and friends. This is the second Civic we purchased a few weeks apart. Erin was our salesperson for the first vehicle and was great. She was also the salesperson for our second vehicle but she was off the day I picked up Erin was our salesperson for the first vehicle and was great. Heritage Honda Parkville helped me twice this year. I ordered a new CRV that I got in March, I loved it, but due to another driver, it was totaled 5 months later. I trusted Erin Natzke the first time I ordered a new CRV that I got in March, I loved it, but due to another driver, it was totaled 5 months later. I trusted Erin Natzke the first time and was treated so well, that I immediatley wanted to replace it again with another CRV, so I went to see Erin Natzke. This was a rough time and Erin made the situation so much easier. If you need a car and a great deal, see Erin Natzke. Shout out to Mitch, the General Mgr as well. The entire team, my finance guy from the first and the second CRV, made sure to make me feel like family. When I need my next Honda, I will be back here again, looking for Erin. More
