I thought Devyn was pleasant and helpful, and knew about the product. I was pleased by the new hybrid Lexus offers. I never felt pressured during the whole sales and delivery process. I'd recommend him to anyone who plans to shop for a car there. Why I gave the Lexus of Sarasota only four stars, is by the time you get to Jaden, you can be worn out. This is my third Lexus. This last one, came with a totally different dashboard. By the time you have Jaden get to this you're worn out and can't absorb it well. Maybe if might be good idea to work out simple diagrams of the dash, and other matters that will be a place to to take notes on, and make it easier to learn.to help you transition until you have time to read the manual, etc. I think it would easier on Jaden, too...nice guy. I want to thank the cookie lady. She makes really good cookies. More

The staff is nice. Just one small complaint that irritated me more than it should have. I rated the home delivery as poor because I requested transportation from my hom Just one small complaint that irritated me more than it should have. I rated the home delivery as poor because I requested transportation from my home to the dealership. I had no one available to get me there and I couldn't drive two cars home. Transportation was refused. Home delivery wasn't offered after the sale. I live near University Parkway so it wasn't that far. I had to call out a favor from a friend in order to buy the RX. Clearwater Lexus also had an RX I was interested in. I was quite tempted to go there, but I've dealt with Alex Levondo for many years. I wanted to see him off for his retirement and be the last customer of his career. More

Django did a great job of showing us the vehicles we requested. He was quite knowledgeable about the RX with the exception of the typical gas mileage for the various RX models. We were not as happ requested. He was quite knowledgeable about the RX with the exception of the typical gas mileage for the various RX models. We were not as happy with the trade-in offer for our current RX. The paperwork process went very smoothly. Devyn did an outstanding job of going over the features of the RX and answering our questions. We were not pleased to learn that only one key was provided at the time of purchase, and that I will need to take several hours out of my day to pick of the second key at the dealership. We do not live close by, so there will be travel time as well as the time needed to program the second key. More
