The new owners are nothing like Wilde Lexus. One product stated it had to be a new car (mine isn't), and the other stated it only applied to cars with less than 100,000 miles (not mine either). They are cheaters and won't reply to my multiple emails asking them to rectify the situation. And of course, forget about getting time to read the contracts they rush you to sign. DON'T buy or get service at the Lexus of Sarasota dealership. You'll be kicking yourself if you do. More
