I visited a couple other dealers in the local area. It didn't take long for me to be reminded why I and many other people hate going to buy a new vehicle. Car salesmen just xxxx me off with the pressure and the "make you a deal" pitch; it just makes me want to vomit. When I stopped in to your lot, I had one of your salesman by the name of Ryan Harris walk up and introduce himself and asked how he could help me. I told him I was looking for a certain vehicle and he immediately started to try and locate it. It took him about 10 minutes to have it sitting in front of me. He never pressured me!! In fact, it was quite the opposite. He shot straight with me, and tried to answer any and all questions I had. I made an offer on the vehicle, but a deal was not to be the case with that particular vehicle. I returned to your lot last week and tracked down Ryan to assist with looking at your 2017 Ram 1500's that have been on sale as of late. I told Ryan that he was the reason I returned and that I only wanted to deal with him as we moved forward. He obliged my request and I dealt only with him. Ryan Harris is a man of character, former military, and his straight forward, no BS approach to me and my wife (who is also ex military) made the difference. It is truly amazing to see there are still "good people" in an industry with a reputation for shadiness. More
