After weeks of searching for the right car for our family, we stopped in Lester Glen on New Years Day. It was our pleasure having Devin Jensen as our sales representative. Devin was extremely down to earth, knowledageable, & helpful. Devin made the process quick & easy & we are extremely satisfied with our purchase of a 2011 Chevy Traverse. Bobby Arnold in finance worked the numbers and was able to expedite the entire purchase process, which was extremely helpful being that we had out 10 month old daughter with us. The stores manager, Joe Horsfield, was friendly & personable & sure to spend some time with us whle completing the purchase which was nice. The car was fueled up, cleaned up & ready to go by the time we were done with the paperwork! We would highly recommmend Lester Glenn. More

The staff Mr.Devino Jensen and Josh Zacher were knowlegeable, courteous and repectful in documenting my request for a new vehicle. My special choices of optional equipment was not immediatly available in stock. Nor even nearby. The effort to obtain my new truck was far above average. I could see the work ethic and the "missiom statement" @ the LeasterGlenn agency is being reflected threw the entire staff. With Mr. Devino Jensen and Mr. Josh Zacher to Mr. Bobby Arnold a pleasant,comfortable and professional experience. Its to be admired and supported. My experience was a refreshing change from the usual run around arrogance and complacent attitude displayed at Pine belt,Sea Coast.Reedman Toll, All American,and T&T Coast. Actual names,dates and story comments upon request. It became obvious from the outset the management staff @ LesterGlenn with this "business model" and "mission statement" displayed by the entire staff is a rare find. Its very important when you find something this special you share it with everyone you can and support it. So as to ensure its there for you next time you or someone you know needs that level of service. These comments are not just some slap on the back they are earned @ LesterGlenn. We stopped in at Lester Glenn Chevrolet shopping for a car to lease. We met Devin and he worked with us on a lease for a 2013 Malibu. Being an hour away from the dealership, most people thought I was crazy when there are other Chevrolet dealerships closer to me. I had initially gone to a dealer closer to me, and was forced to walk a thought I was crazy when there are other Chevrolet dealerships closer to me. I had initially gone to a dealer closer to me, and was forced to walk away when I was being given a bunch of lines about how "you're not going to get a better deal than this". That's when I made the decision to travel the extra distance to look at a car. The service that I got from everyone I was involved with at Lester Glenn was the reason that I was willing to go out of my way to purchase a car. I had called and spoken with Joe Horsfield, whom I had previously met when my wife purchased a car last year. When I explained that I'd be coming from an hour away, Joe took the time to look into exactly what I was looking for. Joe understood my budget, and was able to get me into the car that I wanted and for a better deal than I could have ever expected. When I was able to get down to the dealership, Joe had the keys lined up for three different cars, and told Devin to get the one that he thought best fit my description and my needs. Devin took me for a test drive, and when I got back and knew that this was it, we went inside and made a deal in little to no time. Joe and Bobby both worked to get me the best deal possible. I couldn't be happier with my car and the service that I received from all three of them. The professionalism from everyone at the dealership has me more than willing to continue to do business with Lester Glenn. I'd rather drive a little further to get the best service possible, and that's what I got from Joe, Devin, and Bobby. More
