Dealership was quick to respond in comparison to other dealers in the area that I had reached out to. Mr. Praiswater was very attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to help us narrow down our pur dealers in the area that I had reached out to. Happy that my vehicle wasn’t delayed longer than expected. Not a fan of the high pressure finance department, John my sales person was perfect , but after saying no thank you many many times I had t expected. We had a wreck and had to buy a new vehicle! We live 6 hours away and We found this vehicle online sight unseen! Nick did an awesome video and described every detail of the vehicle! He made our buying process so easy! Always immediately returned calls and texts which is not usually the case in the past at other dealerships. He made sure the finance department helped us as well and he helped in anyway he could. He went above and beyond to help us and because of this we flew 6 hours to buy a vehicle from him! We appreciate all he did and we won’t hesitate to contact him again when we need another vehicle! We are a GM family and people like him will keep us coming back!!! More

Can't say enough good things about Mile Ferguson. He kept us updated while waiting for our new car to arrive. He made sure that we knew how to operate most everything that we were not familiar wi He kept us updated while waiting for our new car to arrive. He made sure that we knew how to operate most everything that we were not familiar with on the Crosstrek. Invited us to call with any questions at any time, which I'm sure we will be doing. He was in no hurry to leave the dealership while going over everything, even though it was late and his wife, during the power outage, was waiting for him to deliver dinner to their home.
