My problem is with MB, not the local dealer. I submitted in writing the warranty showing the why the completed repairs should have been covered under warranty. I was directed to MB customer service, and th in writing the warranty showing the why the completed repairs should have been covered under warranty. I was directed to MB customer service, and they just wasted my time and said it wasn’t covered, but refused any written proof to counter the proof I submitted. I will not be purchasing MB products in the future. I naively thought MB was better than this when I purchased the vehicle, I blame myself for putting my faith and trust in MB Mercedes. Mercedes, a once proud name and symbol of quality, has become just another generic car manufacturer. I look forward to MB honoring the extended warranty I paid over $4500 for witching the past year or so. Thank You, Ed More
