Long wait to see service advisor, who quoted me a battery replacement cost $100 above phone call amount, then "found" a lower value cost while refusing to honor a general service discount coupon $25 less tha replacement cost $100 above phone call amount, then "found" a lower value cost while refusing to honor a general service discount coupon $25 less than one specific to a battery service. I jump started my car, left the dealership, and had the battery replaced later that day at German Cars of Sarasota for $200 less in the amount of time I waited to see Derek for non-service. I won't return to BMW of Sarasota -- ever. More
