My 2021 x3 was showing a strange error message, so I took it in to Sarasota BMW. I live in Sarasota, but for a variety of reasons I very rarely go there, even though it is convenient. My service advisor was Derek, and he was perfect throughout: responsive, polite and communicative. On the other hand, my car was returned dirty. I’ve had BMWs serviced in dealerships all over the country, and they always wash the car. Not Sarasota BMW! Secondly, every other dealer offers a nice BMW as a loaner. Not Sarasota BMW! They gave me a Chevy Bolt. Come on, guys, don’t be so cheap. Besides, it’s an opportunity for customers to get a good look at possible new cars. The dealership in St. Petersburg gave me a brand new X5, and the dealership in Fort Myers gave me a plug in hybrid X3 which I ultimately bought. More
