Making the appointment was easy. I loved having the technician do a video and send it so we understood the scope of what would need to be corrected. We were told they were smashed and very busy, I get it, but it was frustrating. And I think we lost an entire day just waiting for a callback. More

Poor communication with failure to completely diagnose central locking problem. Representative did not listen to concerns or that I tested all fuses and locking fuses in FEM. He texted cost of FEM replace central locking problem. Representative did not listen to concerns or that I tested all fuses and locking fuses in FEM. He texted cost of FEM replacement ($2200)on late Friday afternoon/evening and left for weekend. Went to dealership on Saturday and had part ordered only to find out it didn't fix the problem. He then wanted another $3500 to change all the door lock actuators and fuel actuator. Actuators should have been properly tested before replacing FEM; in retrospect FEM probably didn't need to be replaced. More
