Check in was quick, however, impersonal. The kiosk does not offer a full service experience. I do like the video review. The 13,000 mile service included an oil change, tire rotation, and completing the software updates final step that was a problem that was experienced by other customers. The service took over 4 hours (even though we were the first appointment (7:30 a.m.). Other customers asked us “how long have you been waiting?” and they were incredulous that we weren’t there for a major service. Our technician was not apologetic and was only defensive explaining that we had a very complex automobile. My techs at Porsche, Audi, Volvo never used such a lame excuse. If I ever return to Sarasota BMW it will be assigned to a different advisor. This was our second service at your dealership and our first visit was only for an oil change and tire rotation ; it also took 4 hours. More

Have gotten 10 emails stating need to schedule appt. I was just there for service. Asked to have a sticker removed from my windshield that was for a year of free car washes. That did not get done. I ask I was just there for service. Asked to have a sticker removed from my windshield that was for a year of free car washes. That did not get done. I asked my service advisor and he tried to do it and couldn’t do it so he recommended I go buy a tool and do it myself. This type of stuff shouldn’t be happening at a high-end car dealership. More
