My first service session with BMW As this was my first service appointment with BMW I was hoping for a good experience. I think overall I was very satisfiied from the appointment As this was my first service appointment with BMW I was hoping for a good experience. I think overall I was very satisfiied from the appointment reminder pone call, setting a convenient time, being told to expect a 2 hour service--that was 2 hour. While Derek was attentive and efficient as one could expect, I also was impressed with other BMW personnel I interacted with and found them to be very pleasant and wanting to be helpful. I look forward to a long relationship with BMW. More

Verified the availability of a loaner car when I made the appointment. After waiting 2 hours the loaner car finally became available...however my vehicle was almost finished with the repair. I consider a 2 hour wait for a loaner unacceptable. Bmw should not make promises it has not intention of keeping. More

Initial contact with BMW was frustrating.Service was great. The reception desk either did not answer after a few calls I was put thru to service. Call was dropped.
