THE DREADED CAR ALARM THIS WILL BE IN CAPS BECAUSE I AM ON MY CELL PHONE. I HAVE BEEN DOING BUISNESS WITH SRQ BMW FOR A FEW YEARS. THIS CAR I CURRENTLY HAVE NOW IS MY 2ND THIS WILL BE IN CAPS BECAUSE I AM ON MY CELL PHONE. I HAVE BEEN DOING BUISNESS WITH SRQ BMW FOR A FEW YEARS. THIS CAR I CURRENTLY HAVE NOW IS MY 2ND USED CERTIFIED BMW AND I REALLY ENJOY THE PRODUCT BMW PRODUCES. WITH THIS 2ND PRODUCT I PURCHASED FROM BMW THE TRANSACTION DIDNT GO QUITE AS SMOOTH. THE SALES PROCESS WAS A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE NOT TO BAD JUST A LITTLE UNSKILLED I HAD TO GET A LITTLE ANNOYED AND UPSET WITH THE SALESMAN, LUCKILY THE SALES MANAGER HELP GET THE NEGOTIATION TO THE CLOSE. THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED THE AUTOMOBILE WAS NOT READY FOR ME TO DRIVE HOME FROM THE LOT AFTER WE NEGOTIATED THE DEAL HAD TO WAIT A COUPLE DAYS FOR THEM TO GET IT FIXED UP AND READY TO GO ETC. THIS IS WHERE THINGS GET DISAPPOINTING, THE MOMENT I DRIVE THE PRODUCT HOME A PIECE BREAKS OFF OF THE CAR AND I HAVE TO BRING IT BACK TO GET FIXED. THEN I NOTICED THE CAR ALARM WAS ENGAGING RANDOMLY. THE REPRESENTATIVE WHO REPRESENTED BMW WAS DIFICULT TO DEAL WITH AND LACKED EMPATHY, HE ALSO LACKED INTEGRITY. WHEN HE TOLD MY WIFE HE WOULD CALL OR CONTACT HER TO GIVE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION BY CERTAIN TIME HE FAILED IN KEEPING HIS WORD. SHE WOULD END UP HAVING TO TEXT AND OR CALL THE MAN. THE MOMENT I HAD TO GET INVOLVED AND MEET WITH SUPERVISORS AND OTHER BMW SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WAS WHEN DURING ANOTHER TEXT EXCHANGE BETWEEN THEM NOT ONLY DID HE ONCE AGAIN LACK EMPATHY OR INTEGRITY HE WAS USING !!! IN THE TEXT MESSAGES AND OR THREATS TO HER IN REGARDS TO SERVICING THE PRODUCT WE PURCHASED FROM BMW SRQ. YET WITH ALL THAR BEING TOLD THE IT APPEARS THE "COOLER HEADS PREVAILED". BESIDES FIRING THE SERVICE GUY WHO WAS SUPPOSE TO BE HELPING ME WITH MY CAR IT HAS AND I KNOW WILL REMAIN A STELLAR EXPERIENCE WITH BMW. I PLAN ON MAINTAINING A GOOD BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP AND WILL CONTINUE TO PRAISE THE REPUTATION OF BMW AND ENJOY THE PRODUCT THEY PRODUCE. More
