Complementary New Car inspection I didn’t even know I had a complmentary inspection. Yearly service I rated this service center as good, because it is difficult to get anyone to answer the phone when calling for an appointment. Seems I always have t I rated this service center as good, because it is difficult to get anyone to answer the phone when calling for an appointment. Seems I always have to leave a message and wait for a call back. Also, when bringing the car in it seems somewhat disorganized, the service advisor usually is not available and others have to get the paperwork. My rating is based on the level of service that I rec'd from Sale Motors in NC, there dealership and service department were top notch, they were and excellent facility. More

My only point of contention is that my 2016 750i always seems to be in the shop. Almost like clock work every 3 month. You can forward to BMW headquarters in Munich, Bavaria that I’m disappointed on how often my car is in the shop. If it weren’t for the fact that Derrick bends over backwards to accommodate me, I would trade in the car for a Porsche or Mercedes..... More

Professional, prompt, courteous, and competent service. My 335i was in need of an oil change, troubleshooting the windshield washer, and checking the air conditioning system. I was cordially greeted upon ar My 335i was in need of an oil change, troubleshooting the windshield washer, and checking the air conditioning system. I was cordially greeted upon arrival. The service advisor provided a detailed explanation of the actions to be taken and a realistic time estimate. Derek also provided an update as the work was being completed. When the work was finished Derek reviewed the invoice in detail and facilitated an easy check out. Upon picking up a washed car, the computer was reset and the systems were functioning to maximum performance. I was pleased with the entire experience. More

Apparently the battery registration did not take so I went back and the dealer immediately performed the process again. It now appears to be working properly. More
