Service person did work that I told him not to do. Got no support from service manager. Not the first bad experience at this dealership! I am not a difficult customer. Clean efficient mechanic seemed competent my advisor was not competent or helpful. The service manager was actually and rude and dismissive.I was also not happy that to much wear for tires on my lease was 5 not competent or helpful. Its not bad, I do have one complaint though... $1000 is way too expensive for a wheel bearing on an X3 with 33000 miles. The car was bought at Sarasota and just out of CPO warranty. A quick check on the part number online showed the bearing sells for a with 33000 miles. The car was bought at Sarasota and just out of CPO warranty. A quick check on the part number online showed the bearing sells for about $100. Sarasota charged me $380 for the bearing. Add $540 labor and other misc charges and the bill went over $1000. I will be checking the other somewhat near by dealer and independent shops to price compare before returning here. Service manager Derek Thomas was very professional through the entire unfortunate experience. More

First, my Car came back missing a euro plate i purchased in Germany. Then, they wanted nearly $1,000 to replace 2 front tires. I purchased the identical tires locally, installed for less then $400. If the car were not still under warranty, I’d never use BMW. At least this one. I’ve had better luck with BMW of Lakeland were I purchased the vehicle. I received a sorry about your plate text message. It wasn’t until I asked them to check security footage that I received a text the a manager will be contacted. More
