Mr. Ustino Han has been my MB salesperson for the last 20 yrs! 3 out of my 4 MBs were through his handling. I trust him because he is very upfront with a personal touch. Never use this dealership , they take advantage of people that dont know much about cars especially women . This is the fourth time I had my wife go there to get ripped off , for a flat tire they want her to that dont know much about cars especially women . Both are gentlemen in the true sense - courteous, helpful, honest, responsive. And the option to schedule on-line with my chosen advisor makes the process easy start to finish. My loyalty to the service center inspired me to go back to Euromotors over other local dealerships for our recently purchased new car. Danny Nasr assisted us in the sales process, and was similarly responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Euromotors is a quality dealership start to finish. More

Searched for excellence and found it. Euro Motorcars if Bethesda, MD, has been my primary car dealership during the past two decades. This is because of the strong reputation of Mercedes- Euro Motorcars if Bethesda, MD, has been my primary car dealership during the past two decades. This is because of the strong reputation of Mercedes-Benz in general relative to safety, quality, style, comfort, and dependability. Just as important has been my experience at the dealership. The location, the selection, the attention to detail in the facility, and most importantly the people ... sales and service. With regard to my recent lease of a 2018 GLE 350, it is important to highlight the healthy experience I had with Edwin Escarraman. He was welcoming, attentive, thoughtful, detailed and definitive while endeavoring to facilitate my needs. His thoroughness through the transaction and follow-up after I left with my new car were appreciated, as well. I want to add that during the last two decades others have been impressive representatives of Euro Motorcars, including my service representative Dennis Strewsberry, the receptionist Barbara Goodman, and sales manager Jonathan Logue. And, of course Juan Hernandez, who handled the lease paperwork, was great ... as usual. Enough said for now. I search for excellence in everything I do, and have clearly found it at Euro Motorcars of Bethesda. As the Mercedes Benz ad says, “the best or nothing else.” Sincerely, William P. I don't normally write reviews for service, unless my experience has been exceptional, and my experience with Euromotorcars has been second to none. Euromotorcars and Mercedes-Benz owes it to my service experience has been exceptional, and my experience with Euromotorcars has been second to none. Euromotorcars and Mercedes-Benz owes it to my service advisor, Dennis Shrewsberry for absolutely OUTSTANDING customer service. Since I first started visiting the dealership back in 2000, Dennis always went the extra mile to make sure my service experience was an exceptional one. He has always been very pleasant and accommodating to my needs. Sometimes I neglect to make an appointment, but he somehow he fits me into his schedule and the work is always completed in a timely manner. He keeps me up to date with what's going on with my vehicle and there's never any surprises. I've spoken to Jim Willard and written to Mercedes-Benz of North America about Dennis's outstanding professionalism. In the past I rarely bought the same vehicle make twice in a row because I like to try different things, but my last 3 vehicles have been Mercedes-Benz vehicles because of my experience at Euromotorcars, specifically Dennis Shrewsberry. I will continue to buy Mercedes-Benz vehicles as long as he's working at Euromotorcars. Well done Dennis, exceptionally well done! Eric Karu M.D. More
