Called for an appointment dropped off my F150 for service. Service was for 6R80 transmission they never called with updates or returned calls I may to check progress. After 7 days I called to say I service. Service was for 6R80 transmission they never called with updates or returned calls I may to check progress. After 7 days I called to say I would take it elsewhere. Another Ford dealership fixed it in 3 days. Rodman is not the same as in years past. More

Service of my 2016 Frod Edge I had my 2016 Ford Edge serviced 6 times over the 3 years that I owned the car. Each and every one was an excellent experience. My recent purchase experience can only be described as excellent. Jim Laferriere was a true gentleman and turned my visit to the showroom from wanting to extend my service warranty on my 2016 Edge to purchasing a 2019 Edge. During the process I met several Rodman employees and they were all terrific people. I would clearly recommend Rodman Ford to family and friends. More

Crappy service dept We bought a F150 last year! Truck runs wonderful. Paid a good price salesman was nice and we were treated fair. My complaint is the service dept. wou We bought a F150 last year! Truck runs wonderful. Paid a good price salesman was nice and we were treated fair. My complaint is the service dept. would not honor the 2nd free oil change because we were over 1000 miles. We live 30 minutes away so we have had it changed at other locations. The have lost a customer for life. I will never buy another car from them. All over 50.00 shame on them. More

Amazing customer service I never write these, but my wife is not a "car person" - but she works near rodman, and I've sent her there for a variety of car maintenance issues an I never write these, but my wife is not a "car person" - but she works near rodman, and I've sent her there for a variety of car maintenance issues and these guys blow me away! They are so nice, so fast, the most honest dealer repair I've ever seen, they do ALL the right things. For example, we had a nail in our tire, and they fixed it, and showed my wife and it was all very lovely. This is how service used to be, back when people had more time to try to do the best job. I love them. Thank you and thank you for the amazing service, and honest dealings. More
