We did not feel pressured at all, and both Brad and Denise were able to answer any and all questions we had. When we got to the financial stage Matt in finance was able to present us with a number of options and again we felt no pressure to commit to anything we didn't want. We are so happy with our purchase, and will definitely use Capital again in the future! More

Being new to this kind of situation and worried about not being able to buy a new car since the loan was so new, I went back to Capital looking for guidance on what to do and I definitely found it. No pressure at all, enjoyable first experience. initially I was anxious going to a dealer having experienced extreme sales pressure while just window shopping at competitors. Capital doesn't advertise it but their sales team isn't commission based. The team was extremely patient throughout the process, we spent 2 hours figuring out how to get the wheels I wanted on my truck and I didn't feel rushed at any time. The dealer department tour after receiving my truck was a nice touch, they lay the foundation for a good relationship. More
