It was everything that I wanted except the interior of the car. So they were determined to get me what I wanted and were able to get me leather for the interior. This car is my dream car and I got it for a really great price because John and Dell really worked with me and were so accommodating! I couldn't be any happier about the car and I cant wait to pick it up this week!!! More

I was reluctant to consider Ford for my new vehicle, but at my husband's urging, we paid a visit to Colonial Ford. He showed my husband and I several vehicles based on what I had told him and I decided to test drive the Explorer Ltd. I was immediately won over and had found my dream car. My husband had also decided on the Ford truck he wanted. Only, we had to wait approximately 2 months to formally purchase the vehicles and we passed along this information to Corey. Again, he was very understanding and respected our decision. We knew we would be back and indeed we did return. Corey spent approximately three hours with us to finalize the sales and was very thorough and detailed in his explanations about the entire process. Everyone that we dealt with at Colonial Ford of Plymouth - Corey, Dell and Shane - couldn't have been nicer or more professional. They were a dream to deal with and put our needs first. I contacted the dealership on the internet. Was given the phone number and contact person's name to call. I described what I was looking for and they told me that they could get what I wanted. An hour later we had purchased the car we wanted at a reasonable price without a lot of pressure or unnecessary haggling. Altogether a positive experience. More
