My car was taken here for tires. They did an alignment and now it's pulling. This was NOT an issue before they changed the tires. Also, when I left all the warning lights lit up. Worst service experience ever. I've never had these issues at Pines Acura. More

Awful, Terrible, and extremely stressful does not begin to describe my experience with Rick Case Acura Service team. Not only was I lied to about the condition of my tires, but the service manager, Dean, r to describe my experience with Rick Case Acura Service team. Not only was I lied to about the condition of my tires, but the service manager, Dean, refused to work with the tire manufacturer as my tires were covered under warranty. I kept being told that the tires were past their lifespan (not even close) To top it off, the error notifications for my power tailgate and steering assist, that initially triggered this appointment, of course the service team found “nothing to indicate a problem.” Likely because they too are under warranty. I even had photos of the indicator lights indicating a power tailgate problem. Their solution was to come back when the indicator light goes off- I’m sure to charge me again and tell me the same result. After spending $1,200 on recommended work, when they refused to work with me on the tires so I went elsewhere; yet wanted to charge me $220 (did I mention I had to ride in the car to point out the problem after they had my car for 2 days telling me that the steering does not shake and the car is fine. The service rep also had the nerve to tell me that I was to order tires, shipped to my house, take the tires and the car, that is not drivable due to “belt separation” on all 4 tires, to have the new tires installed and then mail my old tires back to the manufacturer! It was laughable by the end. I will not be returning back for any maintenance! Huge thank you to Continental Tires and Discount Tires in Weston for truly turning around this awful experience and providing top notch service and work! More

I would highly recommend Rick Case Acura Service Dept & Sales. Dean the Service Manager and his employees do an awesome job. Courteous, knowledgeable, & professional. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. 2.5 months with my car and virtually no progress in getting it fixed. I ended up towing my car to Acura Miami and writhin 2 days they are ordering a 2.5 months with my car and virtually no progress in getting it fixed. I ended up towing my car to Acura Miami and writhin 2 days they are ordering a parts and starting to work on my car. I’ve spent 2 months trying to contact the service advisor Dean and the GM over about 25 phone calls and still have never heard from the GM. My service advisor was only in half the week and nearly impossible to get a hold of half of the time. And then on top of that they tell me that I have to talk to the warranty company to solve the problem, while the warranty company is assuring me it has to go through them. This has been a completed joke and waste of time and money. And then they have the nerve to try to get me to trade in my car for virtually no money to buy something from them. I will never recommend anyone to go here. I’ve never been to a more unprofessional dealership. More

I would never leave a bad review unless I was not happy with my service. I have leased many vehicles from this Dealership and had many acquaintances for many years. This time I took my daughter's vehicle f with my service. I have leased many vehicles from this Dealership and had many acquaintances for many years. This time I took my daughter's vehicle for service as always and I was very disappointed with both the Service Writer and the Cashier, terrible customer service. I came home and called the Service Director to express my dissatisfaction with my experience and was directed to his voicemail. I left a voicemail on Aug 9 and to this day, Aug 19 I have not received a call back, very unprofessional. More
