Communication is the key of course to any successful relationship and Dean Cunningham and his sales team, Casey Duffy, are a great team. Casey worked closely with our purchase of a 2020 E450 SW. Casey was instrumental in delivering the 2020 E450 SW to Williamsburg, Virginia. The Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis earned my repeat business. They treated me fairly with my trade-in of a 2017 E400 SW with 36,000 miles. Casey of course did many prefuntory items to get the 2020 E450 SW in advance and then also assisted with the removal of contacts, garage door keys and other digital items to make the transfer smooth. We especially liked that Casey texted his departure from Annapolis and even keep us abreast of his arrival time. Service, professionalism, contract claritity and purchase should result in 5 stars. With the guidance and direction of Sales Manager Dean Cunningham, my leasing consultant, Brian Sturgeon, was extremely attentive and meticulous with all of my lease details. When I finally picked up my new Mercedes, Allen Belcher in the business office was truly a pleasure to deal with. He answered all my questions regarding the maintenance plan and the additional warranties available for my new Mercedes. Her customer service is impeccable. She was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. We saw the car we really wanted but didn't consider it because it was above our price point but Mia pushed for it and made it happen! We came out with our dream car and to top it off, I got a birthday gift from the accessories shop on the house. We also worked with Dean Cunningham and Larry Cash and they were awesome also.
