I've been using Arrowhead's Service via David Scott for over 6 years (pretty unusual in the Car business, I think). They're not the cheapest, but through David they are the most consistently thorough, get over 6 years (pretty unusual in the Car business, I think). David Scott is the only Service Advisor I want to deal with. If he has the day off, I will wait and bring my car in for service when he is in. I have been coming to this dealership for 8 years now and have been dealing with David Scott for about 7 of them. I lived in Glendale for 4 years but moved to Phoenix 3 years ago; I STILL will drive out of m have been dealing with David Scott for about 7 of them. David and I have developed a rapport over the years and he and I have become friends as a result. He has always strived to take great care of my sometimes OCD-esque needs but is also very tentative to his other customers. I believe David is a good man with Christian values and he exemplifies that daily to me, as well as anytime my car needs service. David Scott was most helpful in having a problem fixed that I had with my Honda. With the ignition off, there was no warning sound when I left the key in the ignition or the headlights on after the vehic that I had with my Honda. With the ignition off, there was no warning sound when I left the key in the ignition or the headlights on after the vehicle door was opened. A switch and circuit test was performed and found that the left door switch came apart. The switch was repaired and and I no longer have this problem. David is qiite knowledgeable about Honda maintenance and repair. I believe that he is a real asset to Arrowhead Honda. More
