I’m not very satisfied with the service. I brought my car in for the recommended service based on the system alert. When I picked it up, the cabin air filter had not been replaced. I had to I brought my car in for the recommended service based on the system alert. When I picked it up, the cabin air filter had not been replaced. I had to go back the next day, bring the filter myself, and remind them to install it. I also complained because they claimed to rotate the tires, but that was not done. I expected a more professional experience. More

I visited the Service Area. Dave was my service specialist. He was great, courteous and knowledgeable. I also contacted the dealership and spoke with Liz who alerted Dave that I Dave was my service specialist. He was great, courteous and knowledgeable. It was good Honda experience . I traded my 2022 Diamond white Honda Accord sport for a 2025 new blue HR-V sport. It drives well. My friend s like the Honda HR-V new style.
