The dealership did not do the right thing with my car.
The carpeting should have been removed and replaced. Rather it was chemical cleaned and dried. The car has a very heavy chlorine smell and is toxic.

By Saturday night my throat was tight and my nose hurt. By the time got to church Sunday, my throat had closed. I have had a migraine, 100 fever, soar nose and red eyes since I got the car back. I drive with the windows open and a mason. When the car is parked, I leave it open to air out. It is toxic. If i put my cystic fibrosis granddaughter in that car, she would literally die. You didn't do the right thing.
I will say that Liz was very nice. She is intelligent and listened. I don't know if she is the person who calls the shots, but I was surprised that she did not make herself available when I picked the car up.
