Went in nervous, came out ecstatic I have never liked the ordeal that is car shopping...pushy sales people, high pressure, and overwhelming paperwork. We had none of that. With Sharon as our original contact, Travis as our salesperson, Dave as the numbers guy, and Steve making the contracts easy to understand...it was a joy. Everyone was honest and friendly and made us feel welcome and not just a potential commission. I could see us all going out for pizza, it was that relaxing. More

Our New Cherokee When we decided on a new vehicle, my wife mentioned looking at Jeeps. A check of our local Jeep dealers and their reviews sent us to John Youngbloods When we decided on a new vehicle, my wife mentioned looking at Jeeps. A check of our local Jeep dealers and their reviews sent us to John Youngbloods in Ozark, Mo. Prior to visiting the dealership, i went online and looked at their inventory and we decided on what we wanted to look at. Arriving at the dealership, we were met by a smiling salesman named John Wayne Coleman. After the introductions, we showed him what we were interested in. John got the keys and we went right to the vehicle and we weren't disappointed. John Wayne was very personable and knowledgable of the vehicle and its operation. After a test drive and a question/answer session, we decided to move to the price negotiation phase which surprisingly only took one round to get to the tradein/purchase numbers I wanted to see. As I'm not an impulse buyer, I asked for a 3 day price guarantee which they agreed to. A husband/wife discussion met with a decision to pull the trigger on our 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Purchase day was Johns day off, but he met us and got us with David in finance, also very personable and courteous. While we were doing the paper work, John Wayne was transferring our property to our new vehicle, also washed, gassed, and moved plates. Dealership as a whole was clean and the staff helpful and courteous. Kudos to John Wayne and David Primanzon for a GREAT PURCHASING EXPERIENCE More

I don't care for the $200 fee for doing paperwork When the paperwork was almost finished. I was told the car only came with one key and I would have to pay almost $200 if I wanted another one. Scammers No stars on this one. After buying a 2006 jeep, the finance officers was pissed about me not buying the extended warranty for an outrageous price. H No stars on this one. After buying a 2006 jeep, the finance officers was pissed about me not buying the extended warranty for an outrageous price. He snickered as he said well when the bring the car back in its on you. I should have taken his joke as a hint. The jeep had bad upper and lower ball joints as well as rust in the door panel they they cleverly covered up with black grip tape. It came through the first time I washed it. I complained but again they offered me nothing and told me I should have bought the warranty. Scam artist. Stay away from this place. More
