New frame! I am very pleased that Toyota stood by their reputation and replaced the frame in my truck. Frames should not rust out in 9 years, but mine did. They notified me by mail to have my frame inspected. I brought the truck to the dealership and they confirmed that the frame was in fact, in need of replacement. The frame was ordered and in a matter of a month it was replaced. I really appreciate them honoring their commitment to quality and to customer service. I now have a vehicle that I will be able to drive for several years. I am truly grateful for all their help! The next time my wife or I need a vehicle, Toyota of Scranton will be the first place we look. More

Always friendly with great service. I been driving Toyota’s since 1975 and always looked forward to the next new model advancements. I owned many 4Runners starting in 1990 their a great I been driving Toyota’s since 1975 and always looked forward to the next new model advancements. I owned many 4Runners starting in 1990 their a great vehicle but they fell behind the competition In technology. For that reason I recently bought a new Cadillac XT6 . Toyota needs to redesign the 4Runner It’s too old school I’m sorry to say . My 2018Tacoma is a great truck I love it and look forward to Another one when the time comes .Hopefuly it will be competitively better than ever . I’ve bought and leased over 15 Toyota new vehicles over the years . More

The service department treated me very well. I had diagnosed my own problem and they actually listened and replaced the part I said it was. It’s very rare for a repair facility to listen since they as diagnosed my own problem and they actually listened and replaced the part I said it was. It’s very rare for a repair facility to listen since they assume the customer knows nothing. Thank you for the respect you showed me in recognizing that I know my vehicle. Service was done in a timely fashion Car was taken in immediately upon arrival. Service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Service adviser was friendly and knowledgeable. everyone polite and efficient. Only problem was that i had to leave car overnight because of a part problem. the person that waited on me was Only problem was that i had to leave car overnight because of a part problem. the person that waited on me wasn't in the next day and I waited for a call on the repairs progress , and I had to call in to check on later in afternoon. No big problem.The faulty stabilizer was replaced , but I still have a noise problem. More
