Jonatan and BMW Sarasota have exceeded my expectations, Jonatan was very attentive, respectful and commited by his willigness to help, even when my requests seemed a bit difficult as I was set on a budget, Jonatan was very attentive, respectful and commited by his willigness to help, even when my requests seemed a bit difficult as I was set on a budget, he truly exercised every opportunity to meet my demand, between Jonatan and BMW of Sarasota they truly went above and beyond, they were not pushy, they were not judgemental nor were they ever dismissive, they made me feel as they truly were doing all possible to earn my business by catering to my needs, they were very supportive through the process, Jonatan was extremely transparent which I was very pleased about, and even though at first it was a bit difficult as todays rates are a bit challenging, they used their available resources to create the best deal possible, they made several adjustments to my convenience, which at the end it was what I needed, not to mention the BMW 5 Series purchased was a beauty, I am happy with my new vehicle. Overall my car buying experience with Jonatan, David from Finance and BMW of Sarasota was a great experience and with admirable service, being a professional in Healthcare I was quite impressed with the ambience, professionalism and great quality of service, as I understand how important Customer Service is to ensure a succesful experience. With this being said, those who want to take a leap of faith and experience what I had experience I assure you, it will not dissapoint, I truly believe that if BMW of Sarasota was able to cater to my needs and provide such great experience, I am sure you will also experience the same if your serious about your purchase. At some point I felt rushed. I wasn't in finance yet and they asked me to insure it. I was told that the windows where tinted, tire replaced who know what else but no receipts to I wasn't in finance yet and they asked me to insure it. I was told that the windows where tinted, tire replaced who know what else but no receipts to prove it. But wasn't told that I was paying for it. If your purchasing a certified used car beware of the misc. line on the contract. Ask a lot of questions. I was screwed for $2500.00. I questioned the misc. charge i was told hat it was but the excuse was it was too late to call anyone since we closed the dealership. Finance was supposed to see if it could be taken off or lowered but they got what they wanted and that all that mattered. They didn't think about a loyal customer. I wanted to walk away but my wife loved the car after the test drive and its her birthday present. So all in all what's done is done. I know they wont respond to this but rest assured I wont be purchasing another car here nor any service. Not sure if I can trust them. More
