Mr. Donals and I had conversation on the phone prior to my visit to the dealership. He was friendly and answered all my questions - inviting me to visit soon. He met me at the door when I did visit and w my visit to the dealership. He was friendly and answered all my questions - inviting me to visit soon. He met me at the door when I did visit and was so nice and friendly and knowledgeable of what was available in inventory. Once I had made a decision about the car, he thoroughly reviewed the process of purchase, and guided me through it with ease. I trusted Mr. Donals and felt the dealership had given me a fair price for my car as well as the car I purchased. Following my purchase, Mr. Donals introduced me to the service department staff and acquainted me with my new automobile. He was GREAT! He worked hard and was very diligent in getting us what we were asking for. Tim was also terrific. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. He worked very hard to get us the price we were looking for so we could walk away with the car we wanted. He explained things very well and even saved us a few dollars in the end, which is always greatly appreciated!! Walked in and was greeted at the front desk and receptionist was friendly and handed us a couple of waters and a salesman came to us. We told him what we were looking for in the used cars. My first contact with Mercedes Benz of Daytona was via the phone and with Dave Donals. His enthusiasm, knowledge and friendliness encouraged me to make the 2 hour trip to your showroom. After a coup the phone and with Dave Donals. His enthusiasm, knowledge and friendliness encouraged me to make the 2 hour trip to your showroom. After a couple of hours of test drive, and discussions about the car and its options, price and generally just getting to know each other we purchased our car. We picked up our car 4 days later and your delivery amenities were great and again Dave and Tim made it very enjoyable.
