I took my 2001 Honda CR-V to Germain Honda to correct a leaking drive shaft oil seal. An inspection turned up a leaking engine oil pan gasket as well. Parts ordered, car back for installation. Dave Doden was on top of it, got the correct part ordered for Saturday delivery. Work completed, Dave dispatched a shuttle to pick me up. Car is now "dry". There were some other issues with the car, but I deferred the work until next fall, when I return to Naples. Dave told me to call ahead and he will have the parts ordered. The tech who worked on the car did a great job. More

I brought my car in for an oil change. The attendant Louis said he would be right back. I sat in the car for 10 minutes with no Louis. I got out of the car and there he was talking to f The attendant Louis said he would be right back. I sat in the car for 10 minutes with no Louis. I got out of the car and there he was talking to fellow workers. After a few minutes he went right by me, I asked him when he was going to take care of me and he just kept walking. An attendant at the car behind me asked if I needed help. He did help me. I've never had this experience before and hope to never again.,! More
