Underwhelming & dishonest My vehicle was scheduled to hv all tires and the front wheel well cover replaced. Tires & Parts had to be ordered. I didnt want to continue to drive w/spare so service person said all tires and the front wheel well cover replaced. Tires & Parts had to be ordered. I nvr got a callback But did get a call from concierge saying they delivered my truck to my home, it was initially supposed to be brought to my office if all repairs were done. I asked concierge to hv the service person call me, he nevr did. I had to call later the next day to inquire what happened. Pretty sure the excuse gvn wasnt true, but gv him benefit of the doubt & just took my truck to Uptown for the couple thousand in repairs. HOWEVER, WHOEVER WASHED DID AN AMAZING JOB! More

Fine coming in for recall work, but they didn't note (somehow) that I was waiting at the dealership while work was done. Did not correctly order part despite having credit card payment given when set up service appointment 2+ weeks in advance. Service advisor said he was going to try something out, but never got back to payment given when set up service appointment 2+ weeks in advance. Service advisor said he was going to try something out, but never got back to me. I would have again given him my credit card info again if he had called back. I tried multiple times to contact service advisor. Office staff left messages. No one called me back until quite late. I was told again that the part could not be found. I got a ride to pick up the car. I was told then that they had found the part and they could get me in the next day. I said that I would think about it and let them know in the morning. The next day I called in and said that I would take up their offer. I dropped off the car at 8:30 am. I received a call around noon again saying that they did not have the part. It took multiple calls when the pickup did not arrive. The final time the advisor told me that were several guys available and someone would soon be there. They were. When I arrived, the advisor told me AGAIN that they had found the part! I told him that I did not want to go through the same routine for yet another time. I would not recommend using the Glendale Heiser Ford for any service work. More
