Looked up a couple of Traverses online. CJ reached out; scheduled a test drive and fell in love (with the Traverse). The entire process was extremely smooth. The location is large, lots of inventory, clean, and very friendly staff. Our sales representative (Dave N) is very experienced, has helped us in the past. Overall, it is clear why they have so many banner friendly staff. Our sales representative (Dave N) is very experienced, has helped us in the past.
