Service was fine except I'm still getting a notification on my dash for an oil change which means I have to come back in. Was also disappointed that not all staff members were wearing their masks at all / w on my dash for an oil change which means I have to come back in. The service charge for diagnostics was not explained properly to me even after I asked for the price. I was under the impression that the price I was told was all inclusive not per concern diagnosed so properly to me even after I asked for the price. I was under the impression that the price I was told was all inclusive not per concern diagnosed so I ended up having to pay more than I expected because I had 2 concerns diagnosed. All in all a bad experience as I had to wait a whole day just to diagnose my car only to be told what I already knew. More
