Bill Gains explained the financing thoroughly and answered all of our questions. He was also friendly and we felt very comfortable with him. I had some service history concerns and David introduced me to Georgie, who was very nice and helped me answer my concerns. She was very accommodating. Our van was so clean and detailed perfectly. The detail crew did an awesome job as well. Very thorough. Its good to know that true southern hospitality still does exist in our fast paced world.
