I’ve been purchasing my vehicles from Sapaugh for over 25 years. My only salesmen were Ron Parker, and now Al Vincent. Al is one of the nicest guys you’ll meet, and as a salesman he will get you all applicab years. My only salesmen were Ron Parker, and now Al Vincent. Al is one of the nicest guys you’ll meet, and as a salesman he will get you all applicable discounts. I don’t want to forget the people in the service department, they are the best. Talk to Crystal for your appointment and Mark to take care of your needs. I won’t buy anywhere else, it’s a great place to go. I made an appointment for an oil change for 2:30, dropped my Chevy Colorado off and came back to pick it up @ 4:30... Service dept told me it was still not completed. I have waited 2:30m for a job that usall my Chevy Colorado off and came back to pick it up @ 4:30... Service dept told me it was still not completed. I have waited 2:30m for a job that usallaly should take a technician no more than an hour or less. Not satisfied today for sure! More

I can’t say enough good things about Dave Walker, Service Manager. When we were having problems with our car, he was the only one who identified the problem and had it taken care of ASAP. Phenomenal I bought my Malibu from Sapaugh and I get it serviced there. An all of the employees are polite and helpful! I drove all the way from Troy, MO to give this dealership a chance and I am so glad I did!
