You can get in quick and I truly believe they have some GREAT mechanics at least the ones who have work on my vehicle so far. A bit pricy on labor costs and labor time spent on project seems excessive but GREAT mechanics at least the ones who have work on my vehicle so far. While everyone was pleasant & helpful, I was a little disappointed that they didn't have the part needed for the repair that I made an appointment for. Since I was waiting at the dealership for the vehi disappointed that they didn't have the part needed for the repair that I made an appointment for. Since I was waiting at the dealership for the vehicle, I waited an extra 40 minutes so they could go and get the part. But they were finally able to figure out what was wrong with the Ford Pass system. The only doors that opened without activating the buttons on the fob was the driver's door & the lift gate. And none of the remote features (start, lock, unlock) worked. So for that, I am grateful. More
