New car purchase I previously have purchased vehicles at this dealership and was very happy with all those involved in the sale and service. Considering trading, I once again went to Honda of Lincoln. I could not have been more pleased with the service and attention my wife and I received as we investigated the vehicles here. From the moment we entered the showroom to when we received the keys to our Piilot our experience was exceptional! Each contact we had from various people on the showroom floor, our specific sales representative, reception individuals, finance personnel was most cordial and helpful. I know from past experience the quality of operation throughout this dealership, and we are very happy to be back as customers, and are looking forward to receiving great service and attention to our needs over the years ahead. More

Dave Rose in the service department who I would highly recommend!! I have dealt with Dave with my previous Honda for the past 10 years. I feel that he is knowledgable, accommodating, reliable and always willing to go the extra mile to explain all options!! He is a true asset to the service department!! More

Caleb Tran and Mike Kreifels were extremely helpful again, getting us into another Honda. They are always willing to do whatever it takes to keep us coming back, which is why we have been HOL/Williams again, getting us into another Honda. They are always willing to do whatever it takes to keep us coming back, which is why we have been HOL/Williamson repeat customers for over 20 years. HOL is also tops when it comes to servicing our vehicles. Dave Rose and Larry Holtmeier have been servicing our vehicles the entire 20 years. Because of these people, we will continue to do business at HOL. More

I have said it many times that Dave Rose is one of the reasons I have purchased three Honda's at Honda of Lincoln. I had my 2005 Honda CRV serviced for the 135,400 miles I have put on this vehicle. Dave Rose has been my go to guy for service the last two years. He is always friendly and caring for the customer. He h have put on this vehicle. Dave Rose has been my go to guy for service the last two years. He is always friendly and caring for the customer. He has the service work done that needs to be and also makes suggestions for thing that will have to be done in the future. The work is always done when Dave says it will be done if not sooner. He explained to me all that was done to my vehicle and then lets me know what will be done the next time that I am in for service. To me Dave Rose has my best interest to keep my vehicle in great running order. The cost is always fair because I plan on driving this CRV for some time and know that to keep it up in good shape one needs to spend the money where the dealership has the Honda knowledge. Dave Rose greeted me with a smile and called me by name as I drove into the service area. I had my CRV serviced and they also noticed my one windshield wiper blade was not working very well and I needed a as I drove into the service area. I had my CRV serviced and they also noticed my one windshield wiper blade was not working very well and I needed a new air filter. Before they did the last two things Dave came out to the waiting area and told me of these items that needed attention. They were done, I paid and off I went for home.
