Dave has always been great. I've had 2 Honda's 2006 Pilot & now 2020 Honda CRV Hybrid. Had an alignment done recently & I wasn't satisfied. I went on a 2+ wk vacation. Dave & Je I've had 2 Honda's 2006 Pilot & now 2020 Honda CRV Hybrid. Had an alignment done recently & I wasn't satisfied. I went on a 2+ wk vacation. Dave & Jeff Williams the Service Manager kept in touch with me & told me they would make it right. Jeff drove the car w me present & figured out a small adjustment to make it drive better. The alignment was within their specifications but my tire on right side must have been part of the problem. I'm happy w their attention & how much they worked to satisfy me.
