Service as expected Things were a little disorganized at entry, perhaps because 4-5 cars pulled in at about the same time. But someone other than my assigned service rep quickly jumped in to assist me so they could start on my oil change. Service was performed in just under an hour and I received a full report at the end. More

Recall Notice handled with knowledge and and smile. We received a recall notice for the air bag in our 2012 Ford Fusion saying that the part wasn't in but Ford Motor Co would be happy to rent a car for We received a recall notice for the air bag in our 2012 Ford Fusion saying that the part wasn't in but Ford Motor Co would be happy to rent a car for us for up to 60 days. I thought that was a come-on. David was right there to answer our questions, and handled every detail for us. He went above and beyond the call of duty. The 2017 Ford Escape we drove was really a joy to drive....so much so, we traded in the Fusion and bought a 2015 Ford Escape. Thank you to the sales department as well as the Service Center.
